There is only 10 positions available, so trying to be a part of this organization is very competitive. A Bolt Action is the person that decides whether or not you have the skills to be an Akatsuki. He is scouting for players that have unique fighting styles that can be beneficial for the organization. There is no ranking in this group since we are all superior in our own ways.
